My Philosophy
You don’t need to be rescued; you need to be interrupted. For too long, you've been in the room but haven't been seen—even by yourself. I am here to help you bridge the gap between the routine you’re in and the purpose God has already prepared for you.
I teach, lead, and create from a place of helping people rise into clarity, identity, and purpose. My heart is to guide you into a deeper walk with God while equipping you with the wisdom, strategy, and practical tools needed for intentional transformation.
My Journey
For over 20 years, I worked in corporate America — solving problems, managing processes, and leading high-stakes initiatives. But even in those years, God was shaping my voice, refining my call, and preparing me to pour into people through teaching, strategy, and creative ministry.
Inclination Life began as a spark — a simple desire to help women grow spiritually and personally. Over time, it evolved into a movement rooted in biblical teaching, clarity, identity work, and holistic transformation. Today, I serve as a faith leader, Christian educator, strategist, creative entrepreneur, and guide for those seeking purposeful growth.

Timiel Dewberry, EdS is a Christian Strategist, Executive Pastor, and Pastoral Teacher who bridges the gap between biblical depth and practical application. She is a catalyst for transformation, specializing in helping believers navigate life transitions, shatter limiting mindsets, and execute their God-given purpose with clarity and confidence.
Drawing on over two decades of high-level leadership experience in both corporate finance and operations and vocational ministry, Timiel brings a unique blend of strategic stewardship and pastoral wisdom to every space she enters. She currently serves as an Executive Pastor, providing spiritual and operational oversight to a thriving church community.
As the founder of Inclination Life, Timiel leads a movement dedicated to equipping women of faith with the spiritual insights and practical tools needed for intentional living. Through her speaking, coaching, and resources—including her recent e-book, "REFRESH"—she empowers leaders and believers to move from spiritual overwhelm to strategic growth.
Timiel is an ordained pastor, a certified Christian life coach, and holds multiple degrees, including a an Ed.S. degree in Community Care and Counseling with a concentration in Pastoral Care and Counseling, MBA, and Biblical studies certification.
At the heart of her mission is a fervent desire to see lives transformed through the power of the gospel and the strategy to walk it out daily. She and her husband, Patrick, have partnered in life and ministry for over two decades and are proud parents and grandparents.
